Valley Christian Schools has been serving the Mat-Su Valley since 1974
It is the Valley's Oldest Christian School!
We are K3, K4 and K5-12th grade Christian School!
VCS is a ministry of the Valley Baptist Tabernacle.
It functions as a "Community Christian School" serving students
from more than 16 area churches. We are an
"Independent, Fundamental, Baptist (KJV Bible version) ministry."
We are located at mile 5.5 on the Palmer-Wasilla Hwy, Wasilla, Alaska. Our mailing address, phone number and email may be found on our contact page. Information about our administration and school staff is located on our staff page. Our Student/Teacher ratio is about 16 students per teacher. Our facilities include 7 Plus classrooms, music room, auditorium, library, offices, kitchen facilities and a fenced ground yard. Included in our music program, private piano lessons and choral classes are offered. In our five year old Kindergarten we teach five-year-olds to read! Our Pre-Elementary School is Kindergarten for three and four year olds. In Athletic Program, VCS competes with ACSAA Christian Schools statewide. VCS has a tradition of producing many state championship teams and athletes.

VCS is planning several building projects which include a new classroom and new ballfield in 2005. We also offer medical education courses which include, CPR and First Aid. We also offer computer education and computers are available to students in each classroom.
